Apply Signature to Users

Upload your service account JSON, CSV of users, and the signature HTML (paste or file).

Service Account JSON

Must have Domain-Wide Delegation (scopes: gmail.settings.basic, gmail.settings.sharing).

Users CSV

CSV must have an Email column (e.g., “Email”, “Email ID”).

CSV Delimiter (optional)

Defaults to comma if left empty.

Signature HTML

Paste your signature HTML

You can use tokens like ${'{'}name}, ${'{'}title}, ${'{'}email}, ${'{'}mobile}, ${'{'}landline}, ${'{'}phoneDigits}.

Or upload a Signature HTML file (.html)

If both text and file are provided, both will be sent—your API accepts either.
